FROM THE FOUNDER

I’m Sonya (Georgievski) Comninos, Founder and Principal of EOX Business Partners.

Through EOX, I work with boards, CEOs and leadership teams to identify and address systemic issues that quietly destabilise organisations over time — including ethical drift, leadership blind spots, accountability failures and conditions that allow harm or silencing to occur. I help leaders see what is forming beneath the surface and take responsibility for redesigning the systems they lead.

My work focuses on building leadership capability that is ethical, accountable and sustainable — not as an aspiration, but as a core system responsibility. It is grounded in an ethics and accountability lens, with particular emphasis on decision-making, responsibility and psychological safety.

With more than 30 years’ experience across banking, finance and operational environments, I am known for recognising the patterns in systems, behaviour and culture that either support sustainable performance or quietly undermine it.

MY VISION

I am committed to contributing to a world where leadership is anchored in self-awareness, integrity and accountability — and where the systems we build protect people rather than quietly harm them.

My work is grounded in the belief that strong performance and human dignity are not in tension. Organisations can deliver results without eroding trust, safety or humanity, but only when integrity is intentionally designed into leadership, decision-making and accountability.

Integrity, accountability, responsibility, trust, impact and collaboration are not aspirational statements to me. They are the standards that govern how I work, the lens through which I assess systems, and the expectations I hold of myself and the leaders I partner with.
