Why I founded EOX
I founded EOX Business Partners because I witnessed too many organisations where values existed in documentation but not in behaviour — and the cost of that misalignment was real. I wanted to create a space where leaders develop the self-awareness and discipline to live those values every day, in every decision and act.
What I see
I have a practiced ability to notice the dynamics that accelerate performance — and the ones that quietly erode it, informed by leadership and advisory experience rather than a procedural lens. I help leaders recognise where potential is being underleveraged, where risk is forming beneath the surface, and how to move forward with clarity and cohesion.
