Sonya (Georgievski) Comninos
I founded EOX Business Partners because I witnessed too many organisations where values existed in documentation but not in behaviour — and the cost of that misalignment was real. I wanted to create a space where leaders develop the self-awareness and discipline to live those values every day, in every decision and act.

About Me
I bring over 30 years of leadership experience across banking, finance and operational environments, where I consistently identified the real issues impacting performance — not in the data, but in the human dynamics underneath. My perspective comes from leading across different parts of the business — which means I understand how behaviour in one area affects strategy, delivery and trust across the whole system.
I’ve led high-stakes transformation, built high-performing teams, managing performance and advocated for outcomes that protect both commercial performance and human integrity.
For more than 15 years I have also contributed in advisory, governance and board roles in the Not-for-Profit sector — including co-founding a support organisation for families of premature babies. That work deepened my commitment to accountability, dignity and systemic care.
Today, I continue that commitment as a member of the Advisory Board of Business Women Australia and as the founder of Voices for Respect — a community advocating for psychologically safer workplaces grounded in respect and integrity.
