Introductory leadership scan
As a starting point, I run a light-touch scan that observes the current state of your leadership environment. It’s conversational, not survey-based — designed simply to sense what’s healthy, what’s under pressure, and what may be signalling early risk or untapped potential. This tells us where to look next — without disrupting or alarming the system.
The five conditions I look for:
- Curiosity: Maintaining an open mindset, seeking understanding and exploring possibilities.
- Collaboration: Working together to achieve shared goals and synergy.
- Co-Creation: Building solutions that leverage collective wisdom and ensure buy-in.
- Connection: Building authentic relationships that foster trust and collaboration.
- Courage: Taking bold actions and difficult decisions aligned with values.
