I wanted to create a space where leaders can develop the self-awareness and discipline to live those values — every day, in every decision.

About Me

I bring over 30 years of corporate experience in banking and finance, with leadership roles across business functions, operations, and customer-facing teams.

I’ve led multi-million-dollar projects, advocated for customers, and built high-performing teams that deliver results.

For more than 15 years I’ve also contributed to the Not-for-Profit sector, serving in advisory, governance, and board roles. 

I co-founded a premmie baby support group and worked closely with large NFPs, gaining deep expertise in governance and accountability.

Today, I continue my community work as a member of the Advisory Board of Business Women Australia and as the founder of a workplace bullying support group (currently being named), advocating for healthier, safer workplaces.

My goal is simple - to help make the world a better place for everyone.
